As a Promoter or Venue Manager, you know that ultimately, running successful events relies upon employing and working with the right people. People who understand that when they work for you, they represent you, your brand, and/or your client.

The Event Shop understands that too. With a background of over 20 years in the entertainment and ticketing industry, as either the Promoter, Venue Manager and/or Ticketing Agency, we found that one out the hard way! That's why we have put our experience to good use and worked hard to develop and maintain a core team of Event Management experts who work closely with our network of industry based contacts to consistently provide us with the right people to form our eventSERVICETEAM^TM.

We provide every eventSERVICETEAM^TM member with a comprehensive understanding of each event, along with an outline of their responsibilities and our/your role and customer service expectations. Where your event utilises any of our Advance Ticketing, Venue Pick Up, Box Office Sales or Gate Access and Management Systems, we provide our eventSERVICETEAM^TM members with the level of technical training they will require to professionally carry out their duties. Of course, we also provide the appropriate Front of House Managerial and Technical Systems Mangers & Support staff to oversee and ensure smooth systems operations.
